- Hello Serge, can you introduce yourself and your company?
Hello, my name is Serge Roukine, I am the co-founder of Codeur.com, the French marketplace benefits in development, web design and SEO.

- You are responsible for codeur.com, can you give us some figures on this site?
Yes, absolutely. We founded the company in 2006, we have over 6,000 providers freelancers, web-agencies or SSII. Our clients have published almost 4500 projects since the site. In all, over 45,000 quotes were compared by the project leaders. We have 3 dedicated servers, we are 5 to work full time on the site, and we have thirty domain name associated with our business

- The offers of codeur.com, which part owns the e-commerce ?
On tenders published on encoder, I think we're third. Over 30% of the projects are related to e-commerce. Today, anyone can open his shop and offer its products directly online. This is a chance that no generation before ours had been. So of course, nothing is easy, but at least we can try without taking (too) risk. There is no real business model for this site. We just want to help e-tailers in the making and at the same time make them aware encoder and the many e-commerce providers. Nothing in this category that we have over 2000 providers ready to respond to tenders and to fight on the quality, timeliness and price for the win.

- How do you evolve this site?
We will try to enrich it, by improving testing, opening it to other solutions that would emerge, or by adding new functions.

- What advice can you give a newcomer to the world of e-commerce?
