Manual: Installing a module music download (mp3 ...) on a product variations with management and music player on product page

Module operation is simple:
An existing product on Prestashop (which allows you to keep the look of your shop and going with all the features) will be used to host all the music related to this product.
Below the photo, all music-related product will be displayed as a list. With a player in front of each music (you can set up a demonstration of the music of a few seconds).
So a product can be an album. The module automatically grafted to the product of variations that will be music.

1 / The module will create different versions to generate the music on a product. So we need a group attribute.
Appointment in the administration of Prestashop> Catalog tab> click on "Add an attribute group".
Name: Music
Public Name: Music
Colour: No

Click "Save".

2 / Transfer module to your online store . For this copy the folder "mp3downloadmagavenue" (make sure the files are inside that folder and not in a subfolder) in the "modules" directory of your installation of Prestashop (you can use an FTP client like FileZilla for this).

3 / Install the module on your online store. Go to the Admin Tab "Modules", click on "Features Front Office" and opposite Download music by purchasing a product, click "Install".

4 / Click on "Configure".
In the part of directors, select the attribute group that you create in step 1. Ie "Music".

5 / The module is installed. You can now use it.
Go to "Catalog"> "Music"
Click "Add new music to a product"
-Choose the product, on which music will be added.
-Upload music. One the client will download when it will buy the music.
-Upload the demo music. That the customer can listen to from the product.
Wait for a confirmation message is displayed for two songs before continuing.
-Click Save.

Repeat as many times as you wish, for each album or each product.

6 / In terms of product, the variations will be created automatically. You can then choose to modify them (price, quantity, reference etc.), assign an image ...
On the "Info" module, consider adding a file to download (as the jacket, a demo or otherwise). To activate the functions download Prestashop on this product, disable carriers etc..

7 / On the client side, in the data sheet, the list of music is displayed below the images. A reader enables customers to listen to the demonstration that you have sent.
A small link next to the name of each song, he can add music to cart (of course, the addition is compatible with the Ajax cart Prestashop).

You can place your order.

8 / Once the order is accepted, if you want the client to download music directly from their account, you simply replace the file order-by detail.tpl your template that contained in the module folder. It will just add the links to the product.
The client by clicking the product name, can then download the music.



The e-mail sent to the client containing the product link will not be good unless you put the file named "OrderHistory" in the override folder / classes / of Prestashop your installation.
