Free module, to sell items in your PrestaShop store, your Facebook account

Noa 's approach; Magavenue team is proud to offer: a module to display the catalog of your store Prestashop , your Facebook account.

Your friends and friends of your friends on Facebook, do not know can be your online shop , or do not attend regularly!

With this module, the problem is solved, since they will have direct access to your catalog of items from your profile while staying on Facebook.

All this in one click on the "My Shop" available on your profile!

Implement this module Prestashop your Facebook account, has several advantages for your shop, you get this:

• In a new source of referral (Facebook)
• On display in your shop to all your friends and their relationships
• And finally the different mindset of visitors who are on Facebook: a prospective customer is more likely to trust the products offered by a friend (or friend of a friend), rather than those found on a Search Engine!

The module is completely secure. It only uses RSS feeds to communicate between your shop and Facebook. No sensitive data, and password are provided, and you have no information to provide!

Prestashop Module Installation

The module takes a few minutes! Firstly, download the module "fb_link" on our shop .
To do this, place an order for Article fb_link. Once this command is complete, click your last bill, and you will find the download link.

Then proceed to install it: unzip the downloaded file using a decompression software (eg 7-zip, you'll find in our tools ).

Once the unzipped folder, move it in the folder "modules" of your installation Prestashop (using an FTP program like Filezilla ).

The module installation is complete!

Installing the Facebook application

Please visit this page . Then click "Go to application".

Then click "Set up my shop." You will get a warning and a request for access authorization. This is normal procedure for installing any application on Facebook.


You are at the last step of installing the application.

Find the address of your online store. (This requires giving the exact address of the location of your PrestaShop store. For example if it is in a subfolder, you must specify).

If you do not want to activate the service immediately, you can uncheck "Activate the application".

Finally click "OK".

If the installation went well, you should get a screen like this:

If instead you get this screen, a message that your address is probably not good, just make sure the url entered is pointing at your online store.

Your catalog is now available, you can access it.

Add your shop to your Facebook profile

Your catalog is installed but not easily visible to your friends! So we will add a tab to your profil.La procedure is very simple:
Go to your Facebook profile and click the "+" next to the main tabs, select "My Shop".

Your shop is now available on your Facebook account, simply click on the tab 'My Shop':
