A little tip given by one of our clients :

It is possible on your facebook page, to set which tab displayed by default. So what we are interested in our case, it would display the tab "Shop" by default.

How?

On your Facebook page, in the Wall tab. You have below the part for writing a message, a small "Settings" link. Click it.

Under "Display Settings", opposite "tab by default for all others:" drop-down list choose "Shop".

And voila! Now when someone accesses your Facebook page she sees directly the content of your store Prestashop or Magento .

You can see the results by logging into the application page .

We decide to set up a new section on our blog where we will regularly publish articles, interesting new products we could find on the web. If you want to install a new theme or template for your store in Magento , two solutions available to you:

• You find a theme available on Magento-connect and use it to install it (see our article: Installing an extension with Magento-connect ).

• You manually copy the theme files you want to install Magento, corresponding directories. It is this last solution, which we will investigate.

1.3 The Pages CMS

Magento CMS has features quite simple, the advantage is that you can control every element of every page you create.

Once your pages have content worthy of being listed, give your page a unique title (SEF URL Identifier).

Go to the tab "Meta Data" and write a description for each CMS page that you want to reference.
