The personal information collected in the context of distance selling is mandatory, as this information is required for the processing and delivery of orders and for the preparation of invoices.
This information is strictly confidential. Failure to provide this information will result in automatic rejection of the order.

Users are hereby informed that, in accordance with Article 32 of the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, as amended, the information they provide via the forms on the Magavenue.com website is required in order to respond to their request and is intended for use by the departments responsible for responding to their request and for follow-up purposes.

Please note that this Privacy Policy concerns the processing of personal data for which Magavenue.com is the Data Controller, i.e. in cases where Magavenue.com has decided on the purposes and means of processing.


For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy does not cover any processing of personal data that Magavenue.com may carry out as a Subcontractor arising from your use of our services.

Personal data processed

Personal data refers to data that identifies you as a natural person. The following personal data may be collected on the Site:

  • Account/profile creation: your surname, first name, date of birth, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number and connection data are recorded when you create your account/profile.
